My roommate is pretty great with wines and she noticed a pattern in my taste buds during our wine tastings, so she found me a semi dry wine that she thought I would enjoy. She did a great job! When I first took a sip of the wine I could taste hints of berry, like maybe a strawberry? It was really smooth and silky, compared to the chalky feeling red wines I had tasted before this one.
